Clear answers before you hand over the phone

Frequently asked questions.

Learn what makes Premier different, how the partnership works, and what you can expect from a dedicated front office advisor.

Everything you need to know

A boutique service should never feel vague.

These answers cover the questions business owners most often have before a consultation. Your proposal and service agreement will define the exact scope, hours, systems, and responsibilities for your company.

The partnership

What exactly is Premier Office Partners?

Premier is a boutique, U.S.-based front office partner for growing owner-led businesses. We manage approved customer-facing work such as calls, texts, emails, scheduling, and lead follow-up through a dedicated office advisor who learns your business.

Is Premier an answering service or call center?

No. Traditional answering services often focus on taking messages across a large pool of accounts. Premier is designed to work more closely with a limited client roster. Your dedicated advisor learns your services, customers, team, preferences, and day-to-day priorities so support feels connected to your business.

Will my business have a dedicated advisor?

Yes. Each client is assigned a dedicated U.S.-based office advisor. Continuity is central to the Premier model because familiarity leads to more informed conversations, better follow-through, and a more personal customer experience.

Is all support based in the United States?

Yes. Premier is strictly U.S.-based. We do not route your customers to overseas answering services or foreign staffing pools.

What kinds of businesses are the best fit?

Premier is designed primarily for established, owner-led service businesses—including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, landscaping, agriculture, property services, and similar appointment- or estimate-driven companies. The best fit is a business that has steady customer activity, values personal service, and has outgrown handling every front office responsibility alone.

How support works

Will the service be customized to my business?

Absolutely. Premier learns how you communicate, schedule, answer common questions, share approved pricing information, handle exceptions, and decide what should be escalated. Those expectations are documented and approved before service begins, so your advisor supports the way you want your business to operate.

Can Premier use our existing phone number?

In many cases, yes. Your existing number may remain customer-facing while calls are routed according to an approved schedule. We review the current setup and recommend the most practical option during onboarding.

Can I take my own calls after hours or on weekends?

Yes. Routing can generally be scheduled so calls return to you, your team, voicemail, or another approved destination outside Premier's service hours. The exact arrangement depends on your phone setup and the plan approved during onboarding.

Can Premier work with our current software?

Often, yes. We begin by reviewing the systems you already use. When they can support reliable service and appropriate access, we work within them. If a change would make the process more dependable, we explain the recommendation before anything is changed.

Can my advisor provide estimates or pricing?

Your advisor may share only the pricing, estimate ranges, or approved information you authorize. Custom quotes, technical judgments, or commitments outside those boundaries remain with you or the appropriate team member.

What happens when a question or situation falls outside the approved process?

Your advisor follows the escalation rules established with you. Depending on urgency and subject, that may mean contacting you, routing the customer to another team member, collecting the needed details, or letting the customer know when they can expect a response.

Will I still know what is happening with my customers?

Yes. Premier is designed to create visibility, not distance. Your communication and reporting rhythm is established during onboarding so you receive the information, decisions, and exceptions that matter without being pulled into every routine interaction.

Capacity, hours & pricing

What is included in the $2,500 monthly partnership?

The starting partnership includes up to 20 hours of front office support and 200 handled calls per month, along with your dedicated advisor and the approved customer communication, scheduling, and follow-up workflows selected for your business.

Are there additional fees?

The standard partnership includes a $125 monthly communications-platform fee and a one-time $1,000 client launch and setup fee. Additional five-hour support blocks are $625 when approved. Optional back-office support begins at $2,000 per month.

What happens if we need more than 20 hours or 200 calls?

Premier monitors usage and communicates before capacity becomes a recurring concern whenever practical. Additional support can be approved in five-hour blocks, or we can discuss whether the ongoing service level should be adjusted for your business.

What hours and time zones does Premier serve?

Premier is designed to support businesses operating in the Pacific, Mountain, and Central time zones during agreed business hours. Your exact coverage window is confirmed in your proposal and service agreement.

Is there a long-term contract?

The specific term, renewal, cancellation, and notice requirements are stated in your service agreement. We review those details before you sign so expectations are clear on both sides.

Getting started, security & boundaries

How long does onboarding take?

Most clients should plan for approximately two weeks after the required agreement, payment, information, access, and approvals are received. More complex businesses or delayed decisions may require additional time.

How much of my time will onboarding require?

Premier guides and organizes the process, but we will need your knowledge and several focused decisions. The goal is to capture what matters without turning onboarding into another full-time responsibility for you.

How is account access handled securely?

Passwords and sensitive credentials are not collected through ordinary questionnaires or email. Premier uses an approved secure password-sharing method and provides access only according to the role and permissions needed to deliver service.

What does Premier not handle?

Premier does not provide licensed legal, tax, medical, financial, or trade advice; make unapproved pricing or policy decisions; guarantee sales outcomes; perform emergency dispatch unless expressly configured and agreed; or take on work outside the signed scope without approval.

How do we get started?

Begin with a consultation. We will learn about your business, current front office strain, customer volume, systems, and goals. If the partnership appears to be a strong fit, you will receive a clear proposal outlining scope, capacity, fees, and next steps.
